During my 20-year tenure in the United States Marine Corps, I’ve honed the essential skills for coaching and training individuals effectively across various professions through consistent, real-world application.

I established RPM Fitness with the primary aim of demonstrating to clients that achieving their greatest potential is attainable with a well-structured routine.
